Need to catch up on the last couple of weeks….last week our speaker was Nancy Biberacher, First CA Funding. She talked about programs for first time home buyers and explained the point at which a conventional loan tips the scales to a jumbo loan. Both the VA and FHA programs have increased the loan amounts for use in CA! The qualifications process is very strict…but there are loans out there. She also emphasized the importance of having a family trust.
This week our speaker was David Serna, SD Internet Marketing. David discussed with us the Page Ranking system used on the internet and explained how to download a free toolbar to track your ranking. Links are important but there is a fine balance between too many and not enough.
We are preparing for our Winter social and the location is Kensington Grill. Looking forward to a fun event on December 8th….no morning meeting that week.
