MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION PROCEDURE

NETWORK San Diego is a professional organization of men and women dedicated to the highest standards of competence and service. Our purpose is the exchange of business referrals in the form of leads.

• Each business category is represented by one member.
• Conflicts of interest are not allowed.
• Club membership is based on approval by a vote of all members.
• Meetings are weekly and regular attendance is required to maintain "in good standing."
• Members promote their products and/or services on a rotating basis.
• Once a quarter, a social event replaces the normal weekly meeting. Members are welcome to bring a guest.
• Members are encouraged to bring new members with non-conflicting businesses into the organization.
• Prospective members can observe how NETWORK San Diego functions and enjoy a Complimentary Breakfast with the group.
• A prospect who wishes to join the club must attend two consecutive meetings, complete a membership application and submit it with an Application Fee of $150.00 to the Membership Committee. A vote regarding the Candidate's membership is taken at the third meeting, from which the Candidate is absent. The Candidate will be contacted after the meeting to announce the decision by the members In the unlikely event the candidate is not accepted, the Application Fee will be refunded.
• Each member will be assessed quarterly dues in the amount of $150.00 to cover the cost of the weekly breakfasts and a Web site maintenance fee.
  
• A schedule of "fines" exists--consisting of pocket change to a few dollars for being late, absent, leaving a meeting early, or for failing to provide a lead or to visit a "designated" member's place of business.
